i need some help guys. What have your coachs saud to you inbetween innings when your coming in from defense and your team is down? how have your coachs got your team pumped up and ready to play how have they motivated you? need some ideas my team was flat tonight and i couldnt get them fired up i didnt know what to do. Ive never been around a team that was so flat in my life they literally didnt wanna be there and it killed me cause id give anything to be playing right now. need some ideas on how to get my team pumped up when we are down a few runs in games

Is it better if a player on the team calls his team out and trys to get them going. i had a kid make a great heads up play to score and like no one in th dugout cared. it pissed me off as a coach and player that they had no energy and emotion towards the game.
