My girlfriend before she met me didn't know really anything about baseball and baseball is my life.  I try to get here to watch Orioles games and follow the games and stuff, but she just would rather sit on her phone or read on her kindle.  Any suggestions of how i can get her to like the game and follow it?

Im trying to get into baseball shape and to get a workout regimen to try and stick to.  I've been out of baseball for 2 years now and i can't give up the sport that i've given everything to.  I work full-time for a police department which is 4 days one week and 3 days another week and it alternates.  So finding a good schedule to follow is hard for me.  I've been trying to look for a league to play in but the options for me are very limited, not only because there aren't many teams around me…
