Breaking in a glove

Could everyone give me some good tips on breaking in a new glove? I have a fairly new (three weeks old) Nokona glove, and I have tried multiple things, putting oil on it, putting 2 balls in it and putting it under my mattress overnight while I sleep on it. Suggestions please?See More
