I always lean towards the states that can play ball pretty much year round.

Pennsylvania has a lot of talent,we just don't get to play nearly as many ball games a year.

So I'm going warm weather Cali/Texas.

Louisiana, its not even a contest.. Come down to a LSU, Tulane, or UNO game and you average 9,000-10,000 fans per game on average

Texas is by far the best state. No other place compares to it. Its as simple as that.

I play ball in colorado but I would go with Arizona
